Sessions available every Sunday — make it a weekly ritual.
The Effect
Quiets mental chatter within minutes
Releases physical tension held in the body
Guides your nervous system into deep parasympathetic rest
Supports emotional release without words or analysis
Delivers a meditative depth most people can't access alone
Carries a grounded, expansive calm into your entire week
The Experience
Arrive, settle onto your mat, and let the week go. Each session opens with breathwork to prepare your nervous system to receive sound. The journey builds in layers — opening tones give way to deeper, more enveloping frequencies before a slow, integrative close. You'll rest in the silence before gently returning to the room.
With over 25 instruments — crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and layered live vocals through a full sound system — this is not background music. This is full-body sound immersion.
Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Bring a pillow or extra blanket if you'd like added comfort.
Attendance
Sound Bath Sundays draws therapists, executives, artists, students, skeptics, and seekers. No experience with meditation or healing work is required — if you have a nervous system, this is for you.
It is especially powerful for those navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, emotional heaviness, or the accumulated exhaustion of modern life. Many attendees make it a weekly practice — a non-negotiable Sunday reset.
"I walked in heavy, my heart full of exhaustion and quiet sadness. The sound healer's vibrations held me gently, letting me breathe, soften, and feel again. By the end, I felt lighter, calmer, and a little more whole."
Jessica Haas
"The session left me feeling deeply calm and regulated, and that feeling stayed with me for days afterward, which has never happened for me before."
Justine van der Leun
"Max's sound bath had me physically grounded and 'melting' into the floor while simultaneously mentally levitating — an incredible, involuntary sensation."
